We are just pleased as presta (ah, bike humor) to be able to provide an online storefront now. Before you navigate there, take a moment to read a bit about the storefront.
Product specs have been kept mostly on this website (rcutah.com). Do your research here before you buy. The store (shop.rcutah.com) does not list measurements, weights, or any other specific details about products, mostly because there just isn't room on those pages to present the information clearly. For that reason, all the specifics and dimensions of the products are here on our website.
Not all of our products are available for purchase online. Our storefront only has so much room, so we had to pick and choose what to offer. Anything that is NOT on our storefront can be purchased in person, over the phone, or via email. No price difference.
We try to keep everything in stock. However, there are sometimes delays and even shortages from manufacturers, and an item you want may not be on hand when you order it. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as we get your order. We will email or phone you to inform you of your options.
Smaller items (bags, racks, tubes, etc.) can either be shipped through UPS Ground or picked up in the store. Both options are available at the time of checkout. If you purchase a bike, trike, trailer, or vehicle rack online, you will only be presented with a "Local Pickup" option at checkout. This is because these items are too large to ship through UPS, and must be shipped freight. We will contact you as soon as we get your order, so we can go over the shipping details with you. Shipping costs for bikes and trikes can be found in the side menu of this page, under the button "Shipping & Delivery".
