Our goal is to be more than just "the place where you bought your recumbent bike or trike". We want to be YOUR bike store. We want to help you enjoy your recumbent cycling experience as much as you can. For this reason, we post product reviews, articles on technique and repair, routes and trail suggestions, as well as organizing group rides here in Utah to encourage safe riding habits and general get-out-there-and-do-it-ness.

Speaking of rides, if you don't have a recumbent yet, you are still more than welcome to ride along with us. Our rides aren't races. The pace is easy-going so we can enjoy the scenery - one of the great advantages of recumbent bikes and trikes is that you ride in a heads-up position so you can look around and see the sights. We were the first to organize recumbent bike and trike friendly rides. Along with the new bi-weekly rides, we have our traditional Bent Bike Boogies which we do three times each year. Purchasing a recumbent bike or trike is an investment. These aren't your run-of-the-mill discount store machines. Each recumbent manufacturer has painstakingly designed the frames to provide the greatest strength and flexibility, while keeping the weight down. The geometry in steering design on tadpole trikes (two wheels in front that do the steering and one in back that supplies the power) makes them hug the road while cornering and virtually eliminates any tire scrubbing. You have to ride one of these machines to fully appreciate it. 

Every model of bike and trike is individual, just like every person who rides them. Some folks ride for fitness and a healthier lifestyle. Others commute in order to be more eco-friendly. And still others ride just because they can. Keeping this in mind, it is impossible to say that one particular model of bike or trike is "the best". For this very reason, we want you to come take a test ride. Ride them all!

If you live in an area where you can come to the shop and test ride, you won't be disappointed. For those of you that live too far away to just drop by, our knowledgeable team can still help you. We'll talk to you to find out what kind of riding you want to do, we'll get the needed measurements from you; then we can recommend the right recumbent bike or trike for you. And when you decide to purchase, we'll assemble and set it up to match your measurements, lovingly pack the fully assembled bike or trike into a giant box and ship it to you. So even if you live in a remote area where no recumbent bike shop is nearby, you can still get and enjoy riding a recumbent bike or trike.
