Please be aware of these policies:

TRADE-IN / TRADE-UP PROGRAM

     We offer customers a Trade-in / Trade-up program which allows you to step up to a higher
performance recumbent bike or trike within the first six months of ownership. This program is to help customers get started riding a recumbent, then later decide a model designed for higher performance is deisred. Under the program, one time you may bring in the first bike or trike purchased, and we will give the largest possible credit toward the purchase of a different and new bike or trike with a higher published price than the original purchase amount. Certain factors may lower the potential trade-in value under this program, such as the amount of time since the original purchase, the amount of use which puts wear and tear on the components, damage caused by accident or misuse, or other factors that may reduce the value of the bike or trike being traded in.
     We reserve the right to refuse to allow a trade-in if the bike or trike is in such poor condition that it cannot be reasonably resold as used.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES POLICY

     Other than an exchange under the Trade-in / Trade-up Program described above, all sales of bikes and trikes are final. Defects in materials or workmanship may be covered under manufacturer warranties, but those warranties do not include the right to return the bike or trike for a refund. At our discretion we may allow a return for an in-store credit after deducting a 20% restocking fee. In-store credits do not expire and may be used toward the purchase of any other merchandise. Custom or special order items may not be returned even for an in-store credit.

FIRST TUNE-UP IS FREE PROGRAM

     Within the first year of ownership of any new bike or trike, you may bring it back to the store for a tune-up at no charge. A tune-up includes adjusting derailleurs & brakes, and cleaning and lubricating the chain and other moving parts. Time spent doing repairs, replacing parts, adding accessories, and the cost of parts and accessories are not included in the free first tune-up.
